Tips & Tricks: Online Donor Accounts

If you are a Stanford Blood Center donor, hopefully you’re familiar with your online donor account and the various tools it has to offer. If you haven’t yet navigated through the system, here is a list of the features available to you that we hope you’ll take advantage of:

Schedule appointments:
You may schedule your appointments online, plus manage existing appointments.

Track wellness history:
Each time you donate, we check your vital statistics including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. In addition, we measure your hemoglobin and cholesterol levels and many people find it valuable to track these over time.

Shop in the online store:
We offer a variety of items, including SBC-branded apparel, ice cream coupons, messenger bags, and the option to donate points to a cause. Here are a few examples:

Track your visit history:
Keep track of how many total donations you have. Also, check to see how often you donate on average. We encourage you to give blood at least four times a year, if possible.

• Manage your personal information
Update your contact information and notification preferences.

• Order your donor ID card

If you need to order a replacement donor ID card, you may do so through your online account.
