Isolated Primary Cells

PBMC (250MM) — Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis. Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor. Immunophenotyping service by flow cytometry is offered . (e.g. CD3, CD4, CD8, CD14, CD16, CD56) Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

B cells (20MM) — are negatively isolated from peripheral blood (PB) mononuclear cells (MNCs) using immunomagnetic technique. B cells (CD19+) are untouched and ready for any downstream application. Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

T cells (100MM) — are isolated from peripheral blood (PB) mononuclear cells (MNCs) using the negative immunomagnetic separation technique. Pan T Cells (CD3+) are untouched and ready for downstream application. Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

NK cells (10MM) — Human peripheral blood CD56+ Natural Killer (NK) cells are negatively selected from mononuclear cells using immunomagnetic technique. NK cell (CD56+) are untouched and ready for any downstream application. Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

Monocytes (20MM) — Peripheral blood (PB) primary human monocytes are isolated from mononuclear cells (MNCs) using the negative selection immunomagnetic technique. Monocytes (CD14+) are untouched and ready for any downstream application. Purity = > 85.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

CD8+ T cells (20MM) — Cytotoxic T cells are negatively isolated from peripheral blood MNC using an indirect immunomagnetic technique. Cytotoxic T cells are untouched and ready for any downstream application. Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.

CD4+ T cells (50MM) — Helper T cells are negatively isolated from peripheral blood MNC using an indirect immunomagnetic technique. Helper T cells are untouched and ready for any downstream application. Purity = > 90.0% Viability=>95.0% the actual Purity and viability is determined.
