B Cells (20MM)

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis.
  • Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor.
  • Immunophenotyping service by flow cytometry is offered (e.g., CD3, CD4, CD8, CD14, CD16, CD56).
  • Purity = > 90.0%, Viability=>95.0% at 6 weeks (actual purity and viability is determined).

CD4+ T cells (50MM)

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis.
  • Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor.
  • Immunophenotyping service by flow cytometry is offered (e.g., CD3, CD4, CD8, CD14, CD16, CD56).
  • Purity = > 90.0%, Viability=>95.0% at 6 weeks (actual purity and viability is determined).
