Like the aloof centaurs of myth, your blood group is hard to come by. Making up only 0.6% of the US population, your AB- blood type is the rarest of them all. But while you may not be common, your unique mix of A and B antigens makes you a “half-breed” even more notable than the centaur, because your whole blood can help both AB+ and AB- patients. Not only that, but as an AB type, you are a universal plasma donor, meaning that you can put your centaur healing skills to good use and donate plasma that will work for any patient, regardless of their blood type.
