Dr. Azarow received his master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology from Northwestern University, where he was a University Fellow. He then spent four years investigating stress and resilience at Stanford in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences as a postdoctoral fellow and staff researcher. Dr. Azarow has taught stress management and leadership skills for many years in Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and elsewhere. Over a thirty-year period, he has helped numerous organizations and their employees to be more resilient, healthy, and productive.
