Director, HLA Lab Administration
APPLYStanford Blood Center is seeking a director for the Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Lab. Core duties include:
- Provide strategic leadership and management of administrative and operational functions of Stanford Blood Center’s Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (HLA) Laboratories.
- Develop, implement and direct administrative and strategic needs of the HLA laboratory in the areas of operations, finance, facilities, space, personnel, security, records, and compliance with Stanford Blood Center, hospital, state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective integration with departmental and Blood Center policies and administration.
- Act as a key participant in the SBC strategic planning process and Strategic Leadership Team.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer for Stanford Blood Center while supporting HLA medical directors.
Base pay scale: Generally starting at $76.84 – $101.82 per hour. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
