B Cells (20MM)

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis following negative selection.
  • Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor.
  • Purity = > 90.0%, Viability=>95.0% (actual purity and viability is determined).
  • Cryopreserved: Cells were cryopreserved in RMPI/DMSO/FBS media immediately after isolation and stored in -86C for at most 6 weeks.

CD4+ T cells (50MM)

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis following negative selection.
  • Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor.
  • Purity = > 90.0%, Viability=>95.0% (actual purity and viability is determined).
  • Cryopreserved: Cells were cryopreserved in RMPI/DMSO/FBS media immediately after isolation and stored in -86C for at most 6 weeks.

CD8+ T cells (20MM)

  • Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated using Ficoll hypaque separation and ammonium chloride RBC lysis following negative selection.
  • Actual percentage of each immune cell population varies from each donor.
